The provision of this service begins with a consultation that triggers the presentation of a commercial proposal and subsequent negotiation. Once the order is confirmed, within the terms discussed and agreed with the partner, JACOLI processes the order and starts the second phase of its work, which goes from production control (control and inspection, which takes place during and after the production process ), through the processing of documents relating to the commercial transaction (letters of credit, certificates of origin, packing-lists, bills of lading, airway bills, invoices, among others), to the monitoring of transport and control of boarding and arrival deadlines of the merchandise. JACOLI partners benefit from a well-established network of forwarding agents, freight forwarders and stockists, which are an extremely important component in the quality of the service provided.
JACOLI has an extensive network of independent quality controllers with whom it works in each market, whose function is to carry out inspections on the merchandise sold. These inspectors are people with textile training and several years of experience in the activity. Inspections are normally carried out in two phases, during and after the production process, according to a globally accepted standard for each type of article. However, the partner may define what type of inspection should be carried out, providing, for this purpose, the forms and means necessary to carry out this service.
